How do I register on Zebrajobs?
If you wish to register or sign up to our services, click on the register link on the top of the main page besides the login form.
Registration is a short and simple process whereby you will be required to enter some information about yourself such as your email address, your names, profession, country of residence, etc.
Your email address becomes your account number with us. For your own security, you will have to create a password for yourself. You will use these details to login into your account.
Once you have completed this information, press the "Register" button and your account will be ready for you. You can then go ahead and create a CV that will make it easy for potential employers to find you, create job alerts to be delivered to you via email, facebook or twitter.

I have forgotten my password - how can I access my account?
If you forget your password, you can reset your password by clicking on the
Forgot Password link. This link is located close to where you would normally log in, which says "Forgot password?" Click this link and enter your email address into this box and you will be sent an email instructing you how to reset your password.
However, please be aware that we can only send a password reminder to you if you have previously registered with us. If you have not registered with us and created a password, we will not be in a position to send you a reminder of something that does not exist.
How do I create my CV?
Before you create your CV on zebrajobs.com, it is recommended you have an updated soft copy either in word or pdf format for reference purposes. With this ready, follow the following steps:
Log onto your account page.
Click on the Create CV link.
Fill in the short 1 page form with the relevant CV details such as CV title, category, education, work experience, and skills.
Once done, you can preview the CV created and if satisfied click the button labelled "Post"
You can create a maximum of 3 CV's which you can customize to your liking and use to apply for different jobs.
How do I apply for a vacancy?
We advise jobseekers to register with us before applying for jobs. As a registered user, one is able to keep track of applications, create job alerts, receive private messages from employers, save jobs to act on at a later time, save job searches and more.
- First log-in to your personal account by entering your email address and password.
- If you find a job you're interested in, click the Apply Now button.
- A pop-up window will appear.
- Paste or type in your cover letter to the job you're applying for.
- Select the desired CV from the drop-down list or attach a separate CV file. If you have not created a CV, the drop-down list will not appear and you will have to attach an external CV file.
- Click apply.
- You will see a message indicating the application has been successful.
- Close the window.
How can I check on the progress of my applications?
If you require personal feedback on any of your applications, you need to contact the recruitment agency or employer who advertised the vacancy on Zebrajobs.
To view the status of your application, please do the following:
- Login onto your Zebrajobs Account.
- Click the "My Applications" link, located on the my-account page.
- From there you should be able to see the status of your application.
Unfortunately, we don't hold any details of what is happening to your application so it is only the recruiters that will be able to help you here.
I would like to change my registered details.
To change your details such as your email address or your password, you will need to login with your username and password. This will take you to the user dashboard from where you can follow the following steps:
Click the "My Profile" link.
Proceed to change any details you wish then click the "Save" button.
If you changed the email address, log out and log back in with the new email address.
