Job Description

Responsibility 
  • Educating Sales Agents in applicable policies, guidelines, processes and procedures
  • Driving development and implementation of team purpose, principles and values in alignment with company purpose, principles and values
  • Planning district budget and reporting to Regional Sales Manager
  • Adhering to department budget
  • Completing assigned tasks in line with applicable policies, guidelines, processes and procedures
  • Organizing and facilitating regular team meetings according to guidelines provided by
  •  Regional Sales Manager and National Sales Manager
  • Mentoring each SA to enhance operational performance, motivation and engagement. Training and on the job coaching of SAs on topics including pitching, sales conversation, closing, and building of strong and long-lasting relationships with customers
  • Onboarding and on-the-job of newly trained and certified SA to evaluate their progress
  • Build strong, long-lasting relationship with SAs
  • Recruitment of Sales Agents, supported by Regional Sales Manager
  • Evaluating Sales Agent performance, developing and implementing plans for improvement, discussing sales achieved, strengths, weaknesses, and training plan
  • Coaching and coordinating each SA to ensure needed number of SAs are active
  • Sales Agent achieves monthly, weekly, and daily Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Weekly coordination of Sales Agents to conduct below-the-line marketing activities. 
  • Build strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Reporting about sales activities on a daily basis
  • Daily, weekly, monthly sales plan for team
  • Ensuring all Sales Agents have all necessary tools and resources to conduct their activities, including t-shirts, flyers, smartphone with m-Tawi.
  • Build strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders in the area, such as Ward Executive Officers 
  • Collecting information from other departments in case of misconduct and taking appropriate action in collaboration with the Regional Sales Manager
 QUALIFICATIONS
  • Degree in Sales or related field is a plus
  • Sales experience is essential; two years’ experience in B2C sales and at least 1 year in sales management or a related field is a plus
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Proven track record in sales achievements 
  • Ability and a passion for coaching and training sales agents
  • Proven ability of strong day-to-day planning and organization
  • Strongly customer focused 
  • Creative approach in lead creation and customer engagement
  • Experience in conducting market analysis
