Aga Khan University is a private, not for profit, international University established in 1983, with 11 teaching sites in eight countries. Since 2001, AKU has offered academic programmes in nursing, medicine and education for East Africa.
The successful candidate for the position will support the development of quality gastroenterology services within Aga Khan University Hospital and as faculty in the University, s/he will teach and carry out research.
Applicants must have a Masters of Medicine and fellowship training in gastroenterology. S/he must be registered or be eligible for registration with Kenya Medical Practitioners’ & Dentists Board as a specialist. S/he should have teaching and research experience and a minimum of 5 years appropriate clinical experience.
