ZEBRAJOBS TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE AGREEMENT

1. Ownership, Copyrights and Trademarks.

The web site www.zebrajobs.com (the Site) is owned and operated by Zebrajobs, LLC, a limited liability company organized in the State of Maryland, United States of America (Zebrajobs). The Site is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of all of the terms, conditions and notices contained herein (the Terms and Conditions). Your use of the Site constitutes your agreement to all such Terms and Conditions.

The Site is protected by copyright as a collective work and compilation, pursuant to United States copyright laws, international conventions and other copyright laws. All materials on the Site are owned or controlled by Zebrajobs or the party credited as provider of the content. No material on the Site may be copied, modified, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted or transmitted in any way. 2. Permitted Uses. Zebrajobs offers the Site for the following permitted uses:

  • for an individual seeking employment, to post your personal resume, cv and other information to obtain employment, and to search jobs, help wanted listings and other employment opportunity information;
  • for an employer seeking employees, to post jobs, help wanted listings and other employment opportunity information to obtain employees, and to search resumes, cvs and other information posted by individuals seeking employment.

You are not authorized to use the Site for any other purpose. This includes, without limitation the following purposes: you are not authorized to decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer any software on the Site, you are not authorized to aggregate, copy or duplicate in any manner any information or content on the Site. You acknowledge that you have no right of ownership in any of the information on the Site including the information posted by you. The compilation of all information and content on the Site is the sole and exclusive property of Zebrajobs.

3. No Endorsement.

Zebrajobs does not represent, endorse or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness or reliability of any resume, cv, job, help wanted, employment opportunity or other information posted, displayed or distributed through the Site. You acknowledge and agree that any reliance upon any such resume, cv, job, help wanted, employment opportunity or other information shall be at your sole risk. Zebrajobs reserves the right to correct any errors or omissions in the Site at any time.

4. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY.

THIS SITE INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ALL CONTENT (INCLUDING ALL RESUMES, CVS, JOBS, HELP WANTED, EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY AND OTHER INFORMATION TO OBTAIN EMPLOYMENT), SOFTWARE, FUNCTIONS, MATERIAL AND INFORMATION MADE AVAILABLE OR ACCESSIBLE ON THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND AS AVAILABLE.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.

ZEBRAJOBS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY OROTHER DAMAGES INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES IN ANY WAY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO CONTENT ON THE SITE OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE.

6. Indemnification.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Zebrajobs, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, members, employees and agents from and against all claims and expenses, including attorneys fees, arising out of or related to the information and content on the Site, including without limitation that posted by you, or arising out of or relating to your use or inability to use the Site.

7. Confidentiality and Privacy.

You acknowledge that transmission to and from this Site may not be absolutely confidential and that your communications may be intercepted or read by others. You agree that by submitting communications to Zebrajobs through this Site, no confidential, fiduciary or other relationship is created between you and Zebrajobs.

8. Links.

The Site may from time to time link with other websites owned or operated by third parties. Zebrajobs does not control and is not responsible for the content or operation of these third party sites and Zebrajobs link does not constitute an endorsement of such sites, their owners or operators. You are not authorized to link to the Site except with our prior consent, and you may not in any event "deep link" to any interior page of the Site, or frame the Site in any way or at any time.

9. Acceptance.

You acknowledge that you have read this Terms and Conditions of Use Agreement and the Zebrajobs Privacy Policy. Your use of this Site means that you accept all of the provisions contained in those documents. If you do not accept and agree to all of these provisions, you may not use or access this Site.

10. Amendments and Changes.

You understand, agree and acknowledge that Zebrajobs retains the right to amend, change, add to or remove any portion of this Terms and Conditions of Use Agreement, and the Zebrajobs Privacy Policy, in whole or in part, at any time or times. We will give you notice of any such changes by posting them on the Site. Your continued use of the Site will mean that you agree to such changes.

11. Governing Law.

This Terms and Conditions of Use Agreement, and the Zebrajobs Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Zebrajobs with respect to your use of the Site. This Terms and Conditions of Use Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Maryland, United States of America, without regard for its choice of laws provisions. Any cause of action you may have with respect to your use of the Site must be commenced within six months of the date the claim or cause arose. The sole and exclusive jurisdiction for any action by you arising out of or related to this Agreement or to the Site shall be any State or Federal Court in the County of Montgomery, Maryland, United States of America.
